Liability: Customers are fully liable for any damages to the rented equipment during the rental period and must pay for necessary repairs or full replacement.
C. Repair Service Specific Terms
Data Backup: While we take care of your device, customers are recommended to back up their data before handing over devices for repair.
Assessment: Final pricing for repairs is subject to physical verification of the defect.
3. Pricing, Refunds, and Shipping
Pricing (in INR)
Rental Service: Starting at INR 700 per month.
Repair Service: Prices vary based on the extent of damage and required spare parts.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Rental Service: You may cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of delivery will incur delivery charges.
Repair Service: No refunds are provided once repairs have been completed.
Shipping & Delivery (Domestic & International)
Rental Logistics:
We offer free delivery and pickup within city limits for rental equipment.
Repair Logistics:
Customers are responsible for shipping their devices to our center for repairs.
We will ship the repaired device back to the customer upon completion.
General Shipping Terms:
Carriers: Orders are shipped via registered international/domestic courier companies or Speed Post.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed over to couriers within 0-2 days of confirmation.
Liability: Universal Samadhan is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
Confirmation: Delivery details will be sent to your registered email.
