**Pricing (in INR):**
- Laptop/desktop rental service - Starting at INR 700 per month.
- Laptop/desktop repair service - Prices vary based on the extent of the damage and required repairs.
- Physiotherapy service - Starting at INR 300 per session/visit.
- Pest control service - Prices vary depending on the type and extent of infestation.
**Refund and Cancellation Policy**
- Laptop/desktop rental service - Customers may cancel their rental at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time without incurring any charges. Delivery charges will be applied for cancellations made after this time.
- Laptop/desktop repair service - No refunds will be given once repairs have been completed.
- Pest control service - Customers may cancel their appointments 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
**Shipping Policy**
- Laptop/desktop rental service - We offer free delivery and pickup within the city limits.
- Laptop/desktop repair service - Customers are responsible for shipping their devices to us for repairs. We will ship the device back to the customer once repairs have been completed.
**Shipping and Delivery Policy**
- International buyers: Orders are shipped and delivered via registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
- Domestic buyers: Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
- Order processing time: Orders are shipped within 0-2 days from the date of order confirmation or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery timeframe: The delivery of the shipment is subject to the norms of the respective courier company or post office.
- Liability for delivery delays: UNIVERSAL SAMADHAN is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
- UNIVERSAL SAMADHAN's guarantee: The company ensures to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-2 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date.
- Delivery address: All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer during the order placement.
- Delivery confirmation: The delivery of services will be confirmed via email to the mail ID specified during registration.
